PiMac modular system
Our anodized aluminum system allows you to configure hanging control boxes, PC cabinets, command desks and containers for industrial push-button panels. Using a patented track system, it is possible to attach panels and supports necessary for the configuration of the control panel.
IP e IK protection class
Our enclosures for control panels can assume high IP protection degrees thanks to the use of special nitrile rubber gaskets that run along the entire profile of the enclosure. Our control consoles have also been subjected to rigorous tests to evaluate their resistance against external mechanical impacts.
Materials and surfaces
Our enclosures for control panels, PC cabinets and control consoles are made of anodized aluminum, a material that gives excellent mechanical and aesthetic characteristics to the product while containing its weight.
The panels and supports for the peripherals are made of aluminum and powder-coated steel with RAL colors at the customer's discretion.
The handles of hanging containers for control panels are made of nitrile rubber, a material that makes the panel grip more comfortable and ensures excellent resistance to chemical agents that can be found in industrial environments (oils and hydrocarbons). All the screws and small parts used in the construction of the command desks and PC cabinets are made of galvanized steel.
Customization
Thanks to the extreme configuration flexibility guaranteed by our modular system in anodized aluminum, it is possible to create hanging containers for control panels, PC cabinets and industrial pulpits customized down to the smallest detail with removable keyboard trays, mouse islands and doors with concealed hinges .
Branding
Our containers for control panels and industrial consoles can be graphically customized with the customer's logos and brand using different technologies based on the required supports and even starting from a single piece.
